I was lucky enough to come across a video clip of James Spader’s character, Alan Shore, in the hit T.V. show Boston Legal.

James, of course, was talking to a fictional jury, but he’s really talking to every American.

In his closing arguments he gives a 3+ minute tirade on a topic that is now close to my heart, and should be to yours too: the apathy of the majority of the people in this world in the face of continual loss of liberty.

Never was the case for democracy so articulately and compellingly — and entertainingly — distilled into an argument that lasts just a few minutes.

Have an audio you’ve been dying to sell online ?

What about a report or video that you know you could earn money from because you know, without question, provides incredible value to the user ?

Okay, so, you’ve got some benefit-dripping content sitting around, just waiting to be seen.

It’s great if you already have a website (or multiple websites) but lack an existing e-commerce system (shopping cart, order-taking / payment processor set-up).

TeachOutLoud is a revolutionary new service offered by LearnOutLoud.com that allows you to spread your knowledge to the world using audio and video. Their simple web-based interface allows you to upload your digital content and sell it, or offer it for free, on their servers.

Either way, if you’re not yet selling online, for whatever hurdle you think you’ve had in the past or needed to jump over, the above 2 vendors are excuse-busters in that deparment.

In this day and age of instant gratification and vicariousness, people want thrills without risks, wine without alcohol, beer without calories, more money without effort, optimal health without exercise and proper nutrition and, yes, even valuable information products without paying what they’re worth.

We touched on this topic in the past via our Something-for-Nothing Thinkers - Know One? LWL blog post.

It generated 26 heart-felt, passionate comments. It’s definitely worth a read.

Yet, I’ll admit it pales in comparison to what Michel Fortin recently wrote in his post titled: “Are All Business People Dishonest?”

While the first part of the post (about the Internet Marketer who got arrested) is interesting, just wait until he gets into his rant about people who despise selling and people who think marketing is unethical.

Yep, it takes what we started - our blog post referenced above - to a whole new level of thought.
