( Video ) - The Stick It Speech

I was lucky enough to come across a video clip of James Spader’s character, Alan Shore, in the hit T.V. show Boston Legal.

James, of course, was talking to a fictional jury, but he’s really talking to every American.

In his closing arguments he gives a 3+ minute tirade on a topic that is now close to my heart, and should be to yours too: the apathy of the majority of the people in this world in the face of continual loss of liberty.

Never was the case for democracy so articulately and compellingly — and entertainingly — distilled into an argument that lasts just a few minutes.

( Resources ) - Self Publish Your Content Online

Have an audio you’ve been dying to sell online ?

What about a report or video that you know you could earn money from because you know, without question, provides incredible value to the user ?

Okay, so, you’ve got some benefit-dripping content sitting around, just waiting to be seen.

But, you just need that “user” I mentioned above…and you need an e-commerce system to sell it, right?

If that’s the case, here’s TWO prime choices:

E-JunkieE-Junkie

I can’t think of a better, low-cost, user-friendly automated and centralized service than E-Junkie. Without question, if you’re not a comptuer whiz, online marketer with a lot of resources, or haven’t outsourced the help you need, this is the the most accommodating, flexible, high quality and low cost solution for selling digital products online.

It’s great if you already have a website (or multiple websites) but lack an existing e-commerce system (shopping cart, order-taking / payment processor set-up).

If you don’t even have a website (only good content waiting for a home online), check out…

TeachOutLoud.com | Teach Out LoudTeachOutLoud

TeachOutLoud is a revolutionary new service offered by LearnOutLoud.com that allows you to spread your knowledge to the world using audio and video. Their simple web-based interface allows you to upload your digital content and sell it, or offer it for free, on their servers.

Either way, if you’re not yet selling online, for whatever hurdle you think you’ve had in the past or needed to jump over, the above 2 vendors are excuse-busters in that deparment.

Something-For-Nothing Thinkers - The Return…

In this day and age of instant gratification and vicariousness, people want thrills without risks, wine without alcohol, beer without calories, more money without effort, optimal health without exercise and proper nutrition and, yes, even valuable information products without paying what they’re worth.

We touched on this topic in the past via our Something-for-Nothing Thinkers - Know One? LWL blog post.

It generated 26 heart-felt, passionate comments. It’s definitely worth a read.

Michel Fortin: The Copy DoctorYet, I’ll admit it pales in comparison to what Michel Fortin recently wrote in his post titled: “Are All Business People Dishonest?

While the first part of the post (about the Internet Marketer who got arrested) is interesting, just wait until he gets into his rant about people who despise selling and people who think marketing is unethical.

Yep, it takes what we started - our blog post referenced above - to a whole new level of thought.

Be sure to read the comments people left on his blog… especially the one written by his wife, Sylvie Fortin.

( Resource ) - Cartoon Fun With Camtasia

Me and my team are constantly immersing ourselves into the many features and possibilities with Camtasia Studio - - the smartest screen recording tool on the planet.

We use it for a lot of stuff - from releasing pre-launch product videos to customer support guidance to everything in between.

Yet, we just haven’t truly used it to it’s full capability with online video. Until, that is, we came across Terri Roberts, and her nifty 10-part video training course.

( TIP Alert ) - Internet Gatekeepers

For the most part (you’ll see why I grit my teeth by having to preface this sentence with that phrase), the internet as we know it NOW is a level playing field where anyone can compete regardless of business size or revenue.

Any voice can be heard regardless of opinion and/or economic means.

Whether you are reading a thoroughly crafted article from the Wall Street Journal or a simple comment from one of the millions of bloggers, like myself and Heather, across the world, your access to this information is your choice.

You are the decision maker.

But unfortunately, as of the date of this blog post, experiencing the Internet as open, diverse and democratic depends largely on upcoming policy decisions about Net Neutrality.

Continue to watch a 10-minute video that takes a shocking look at the history of communication and where it’s going next.
