( Resources ) - Blacklists, Gmail, and Video Conversation

Here’s 4 must-have tools / resources that you’ll thank me for when you see / use them:

How To Get Off An Email Blacklist

If you’re wrongly and unjustifiably accused of spam or put on a black list, this 4-step process is just what you need to do. Every list owner and publisher needs to keep this page under lock n key. Click above to read all about it.

Consolidate Multiple Email Addresses Using Gmail

Gmail, no joke, has been a god send of productivity to me. And, I’m no easy sell when it comes to switching email clients. I was an hard-nosed, loyal OUTLOOK user for over 10 years. And, it took Heather’s sweet cajoling and luscious logic to even get me to try Gmail.

And, holy smokes, the time I now have to attend to the business of business has increased by at least 15%. No longer am I stuck in the maze of slow features that OUTLOOK bogged me down in. The above link tells you how to consolidate all your emails, regardless of what provider they come from, to one email address.

It doesn’t talk about the coolest part of Gmail, in my opinion: LABELS. But, sometime soon, I’ll post a video tutorial of how I use Gmail’s multiple labeling system to organize my life.

Jing Project: Video Conversation Starts Here

Speaking of video, I’ve been using a web 2.0 app, from TechSmith, called Jing. It’s free, full of amazing features, and I use it, yes, every day to talk to my LWL team members and partners.

It’s an always-ready program that instantly captures and shares images and video… from your computer to anywhere.

Here’s me using it to show you how I extract .mp3 music files from YouTube music videos.
