My short reporting on the time-wasting transgender debate taking over college campuses and social media. Here’s why it makes no sense whatsoever.
Politics & Current Affairs
Politics… what a drap. When power and control, at the expense of fredom and liberty, do dark…
It’s when it’s time to take a politically-incorrect stand against the norms that are limiting, and the regulations that prevent a free-market, pro-liberty capitalist society from growing and thriving.
The state of affairs with the mainstream news is… oh… how shall I say, quite disaterous. And politics, says Wendell Berry, is “The great enemy of freedom is the alignment of political power with wealth. This alignment destroys the commonwealth – that is, the natural wealth of localities and the local economies of household, neighborhood, and community – and so destroys democracy, of which the commonwealth is the foundation and practical means.”
“It is significant that modern believers in power are in complete accord with the philosophy of the only great thinker who ever attempted to derive public good from private interest and who, for the sake of private good, conceived and outlined a Commonwealth whose basis and ultimate end is the accumulation of power. Hobbes, indeed, is the only great philosopher to whom the bourgeoisie can rightly and exclusively lay claim….
…. The consistency of this conclusion is in no way altered by the remarkable fact that for some three hundred years there was neither a sovereign who would “convert this Truth of Speculation into the Utility of Practice,” nor a bourgeoisie politically conscious and economically mature enough openly to adopt Hobbes’s philosophy of power.”
“Having known every president since Harry Truman – as Murdoch took frequent opportunities to point out – and, he conjectured, as many heads of state as anyone living, Murdock believed he understood better than younger men, even seventy-year-old Trump, that political power was fleeting. (This was in fact the same message he had imparted to Barack Obama.) A president really had only, max, six months to make an impact on the public and set his agenda, and he’d be lucky to get six months. After that it was just putting out fires and battling the opposition.”
To all my brothers and sisters in arms. I salute your service. Remember the oath we took to protect & defend our Constitution. #veteransday.
How some time at Halloween Town, St. Helens Oregon, shed light on the sensitives of life and when Men were once Men.
Your “freedom” is in the way. So will you sweep it aside for the greater good, thinking that somehow, someway THEY have the magic cure?
The orchestrated plan, years in the making, to indoctrinate the masses with a bogeyman virus epidemic and vaccinate the world at large.
The quick story of three contractors bidding on a simple job for the Whitehouse and how it is analogous to the Government Stimulus Plan.
Those who choose safety over freedom deserve neither.
Politics is only a downstream effect of cultural norms. When the Roman empire flopped, it first had these similar stories to deal with.

How Socrates would be addressing the current state of fear (and senselessness) tied to health BS and vaccine strong-arming.
